Menu planning is made by a chef cook in accordance with the high quality standards and Client satisfaction.
The storage of the products is controlled due to the rules of time interval between the product order made and delivery of the cargo, as well as of product spoilage prevention, taking into consideration the maximum service load.
The cleaning will be performed to a standard where there is absence of disorder and visible soil, a high standard of general appearance, cleanliness and hygiene, including dusting and infection control to standards.
These will include bedrooms, dining rooms, offices, recreational areas and kitchen storage areas
(dry & cold) which are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness at all times.
Our company will adapt and maintain a system documented, which will include the staff levels, cleaning schedules with its frequencies and responsibilities.
Our company will provide cleaning, housekeeping services at camp. All cleaning and janitorial materials, including but not limited to soaps, detergents, cloth, filters, toilet rolls and other (consumables) and light equipment and shall maintain high quality and standards of hygiene and sanitation at all times, through the use of appropriate techniques.
Kitchen and dining halls are to be cleaned at least twice a day thoroughly as well as the immediate surroundings.
Sanitary facilities will be cleaned at least twice a day.
Bedrooms shall be cleaned once a day.
Our company provides a standard, high quality laundry services seven days a week.
The services include but are not limited to: washing, drying and folding all client’s personal clothing, in addition the laundry of linen, towels and dining room linen (including supply of consumables).
The program stipulating times at which personal linen will be collected for washing and returning after washing is to be proposed by company "Global Catering Service Ltd” and approved by the client.
